I believe that anyone can do yoga with proper training, direction, and support. Judgment and comparison do not exist here; I welcome all levels with open arms and an open heart. With a style that uses a combination of yoga, relaxation, and mindfulness, my students find a level of peace and well-being.
Safe, Supported and Secure
I focus on building a trusted connection with my students through a thoughtful teaching style that cultivates a safe space both physically and emotionally. This yoga practice helps individuals grow through their limitations to evolve past trauma to freedom. Individuals can reduce anxiety levels, increase their focus and gain an overall positive sense of well-being.
My goal is that each person steps off the mat feeling grounded, refreshed, peaceful yet empowered and strong.
